The entity, established on September 26, 2025, is fully owned by Nintendo and operates with a capital investment of SGD 8 million. The subsidiary will be led by Takahiro Miura, who also serves as the head of Nintendo Korea Nintendo Co., Ltd..

In addition to the Singapore office, Nintendo is considering establishing a local entity in Thailand to further bolster its operations in Southeast Asia Nintendo Co., Ltd..
